Refund and Returns Policy – Silicone Angels Nursery

At Silicone Angels Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your reborn baby. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving the product(s). Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note:

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale and promotional items are excluded and remain subject to our regular return/exchange policy.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are unfortunately not possible.

Return/Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.
All items must be returned in their original boxes.
Items must be returned in a single package.
Returns/exchanges must use the same courier service as the original shipment.
Returns are accepted only from the country to which the order was originally shipped (e.g., orders delivered to the U.S. must be returned from the U.S.).
Customised items cannot be returned.
Shipping and import fees for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Naturally, faulty items can be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear, use, or alteration.

How to Return an Item or Order

Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team with:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Photo or video of any faulty product

Step 2: Place your receipt and items back into the original packaging.

Step 3: Complete all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert them into the transparent envelope and attach it to the package without sealing it. These documents are required for customs.

Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After verification, securely close the package.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 7–14 business days (depending on peak periods) for processing.
Returns that do not meet the conditions will be sent back at your expense.
After approval, your refund will be issued and a confirmation email will be sent.
