What Delivery Options Do I Have?

At Silicone Angels Nursery, we offer reliable shipping options to ensure your reborn baby arrives safely and on time.

U.S. Customers: You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

• 18–30 business days
• Free on orders over $89 (discount applies automatically at checkout)
• Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional sales.

EXPRESS DELIVERY:

• 7–20 business days
• Speedpost shipping: $60
• Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional sales.

Where Does Silicone Angels Nursery Deliver?

We ship worldwide, including:

• United States: All 50 states and Washington D.C. (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
• International: Australia and many European countries, including Germany, Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, and more.

How Can I Track My Order?

Delivery times start once your order is accepted and include a 24-hour period for processing and dispatch on business days. Delivery may take longer during promotional sales.

Once your order is packed, we will email you a shipment confirmation with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Tracking may take a few days to update.

You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination and are itemized at checkout. Please select your location to see accurate pricing, shipping costs, and delivery times.

Option 1: Product Price Includes Tax (DDP)

• We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price.

Option 2: Product Price Does Not Include Tax (DDU)

• We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning product prices are exclusive of taxes and duties.
• Upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying any import duties, customs, or local sales taxes.
• After placing your order, we will email you to confirm acceptance of these terms.
